This is a significant key factor that can result in counselors to experience compassion fatigue by feeling overwhelmed from another person's well-being as their focal point and not managing their own stress effectively.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Generating and captivating the use of self-care options is a goal setter for every individual should have. It is a given we give all of our time and effort to other individuals but very little time for ourselves. A good plan of action to bring forward is to setting work/school/life balance separately. Self-care can be shown by eating right to exercising to getting a good amount of sleep. Mindfulness is another factor of self-care to be used by journaling down our thoughts or even meditating during yoga to relieve stress. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Taking morning walks before going to work allows me to take in my self-care everyday. I walk until I reach my daily goal of 10k steps a day. </p><p><br/></p><p>Other types of self-care I do have is spending time with my cat, catching up on tv shows, drinking hot tea and cooking/baking. </p>]]></description>
