- Tell only relevant info that this child is having simple febrile fit and need not to worry because is benign.
- No developmental problem later in life
- Advice mother
- If fever again, tepid sponging to reduce and control the temperature and reduce sick contact
- If fit again,advice mum to keep calm and dont panic, dont resist the fit as it will cause fracture and put the child in lateral position to secure airway.- some mothers won't understand this..so you say so that the breathing will not be obstructed.
- If there is something in mouth, clear it to secure airway- again.

So i'm here to talk about what we need to do.........
answer appropriately.. if its a close-ended then either a yes or no.
