The change from goal-oriented has switched to individual and creative work. Gen Z strives for getting recognized for their work and being noticed in the spotlight ,so employee of the week will probably return. The common misconception is that Christianity is for people who want to believe in something so they feel better but this is not the case and christians are about truth. Gender norms are now taken into consideration and many people are more likely to be accepting. Generation Z is mindful of what they say and do because they are connected to all these different ideas that are seen as social reforms. Looking at the background, Millenials had grown up in a healthy economic situation and Gen Z has grown up to live in a difficult economic situation. This makes sense because Millenials were not ready for the Recession and were not prepared to take on this challenge that had appeared before. Generation Z knows to be smart with their money and stay away from Loans and other debts that could cause you to be a slave to the economic system.
