Hi! I'm Freshia Alcalde. You can call me Fresh or Shiang whichever you prefer! I'm a Social Media Director, I used be an Associate Editor- in- Chief at TEC and it influenced me to work with Rotaract as well.

My greatest strength are my ideas, it will benefit the Rotaracts social media in the near future.

This incoming RY will be my 4th year in Rotaract and my 2nd year of being an officer. Before, I used to be very shy and would usually prefer to say no to leadership roles because I always thought that I am not capable of being a leader. But Rotaract made me think otherwise. Rotaract has molded be to become a competent leader and a responsible individual. Rotaract has taught me to always go above and beyond with service.

I am always open and ready to say yes to opportunities and challenges.

I look forward to getting to know all of you more and working with all of you. I am confident with this team, with what we have to offer to the community, and I am excited for the magical year ahead of us.

My name is Rio and some people call me the gentle giant because of my height and calm nature. When it comes to leadership, I lean more towards the democratic type wherein I would consult first my team before making a decision. But when necessary, I am still capable of being authoritative if needed.

My greatest strength would be my patience. As the Secretary-elect for the Magical Team of RACCF-USC, I believe that this patience is crucial especially in handling various documents and paperworks for the organization.

I look forward for a MAGICAL term. This is my first time in Rotaract and I'm already handling a slightly big role, but if the President and the other officers believed in my capability as a leader, then I am committed to delivering the most magical term through my service in RACCF-USC.

I am an incoming 4th yr Human Resource Management student and my course has influenced my leadership because of its nature of dealing with people.

I am cooperative and knows how to get along well with others.
