I am on the side of the patriots, i take the position that the colonists should become independent from Great Britain. my first reason for this is that great Britain keeps taxing the colonists for the war they were in and the colonists did not do anything in the war. my evidence for that is king G lll just ¨needs more he is not even paying for the war.¨ I found the evidence for that in sneaky taxes they made a Quartering Act it made the colonists Quarter provide places to for all the red coat. that is my first reason

I am on the side of the Patriots, I take the position that colonists should be independent from Great Britain. My first reason for this is that Britain keeps on taxing the colonists. My evidence for this is that the colonists had started to stop buying stuff, so British is making everything more expencive.

My second reason for this is that Great britain is being really rude to the colonists because they new we didn't like the tax, so we fought back. My evidence for this is that the Revolutionary War started. My third reason is that the British were haughing are houses. My evidence for this is that the familys have no food the British are eating the food that we have .

I take the position that the colonists should be free from the great British because, to stop further war and conflict between the two colonies. For example if great Britain leaves the colonists alone then both of the colonies can be free from danger also it would be better if great Britain leaves us alone because, Great British had to send 10,000 redcoats because they were in dept and did not have enough soldiers to keep fighting they wouldn't have had to do that is they just left us alone. Another reason because in the text the Boston riot even the Loyalists were trying to make peace I also found this detail in captain Preston's Testimony it said that Captain Preston never said fire and it was someone from behind who yelled "Why don't you fire" and that caused 2-3 soldiers to fire, Killing 5 and wounding 6 all of this ruckus would not have been caused if someone from you're side would not have have yelled that then they wouldn't have nearly killed 11 people even though we have criticized you guys for treating us badly. you can't call it "criticizing"because we have reasons for why we have been "annoying" you guys.
