Solid:
1. In solid, the atoms are closely packed with little vibrations. They have very low kinetic energy. Solid can’t change shape, or volume. The temperature is very low for a substance to be solid.
2. It has a definite volume and shape.
3. The particles are very tightly packed, and the bonds are strong and firm, insuring little to no movement.
4. The particles in solids have little to no movement, they are only vibrating with very little energy.
5. Comparing to other state of matter, the energy level in solids are very low, and it Is actually has the lowest amount of energy.
6. The particles in solid shape are vibrating at a very low pace, while in liquid they move more freely, and in gas, they not not constricted at all.
7. A real life example is ice.
8. Solid to liquid is called melting, solid to gas is called subliminal.
9. Solid can not change shape unless by stretching, squeezing, melting, etc. Orher then though forces, a solid can’t change its shape on its own. Changing froma solid to a gas is incredibly rare, and it is more commonly occurring with dry ice.

Liquid:
1. A liquid is a nearly incompressible fluid that conforms to the shape of its container but retains a constant volume independently of pressure.
2. It has a definite volume but don't have a definite shape.
3.The bonds in a liquid are strong enough to keep the particles close together, but weak enough to let them move around each other.
4. liquid vibrate, move about, and move Slidely from its place .
5. Molecules in a liquid have more energy than molecules in a solid. And if you heat it up even more, the molecules will speed up so much that they won't be stuck together at all. The molecules in the gas have the most energy.
6. gas vibrate and move freely at high speeds. liquid vibrate, move about, and slide past each other. solid vibrate but generally do not move from it's own place.
7. Water and milk
8. Liquid to solid: freezing, liquid to gas : evaporation.
9. Scorpion venom is the most expensive liquid on earth at $38,858,507.46 per gallon, far surpassing Thailand cobra venom which is $152,835.82 a gallon.
