We reviewed every piece of customer feedback and adopted methods such as using insulated boxes and ice packs to maintain the temperature of the ice cream. This was done to prevent the ice cream from melting before customers could enjoy it and to preserve its best taste.

The major purpose of this campaign was to enhance sales of our newly launched ice cream product throughout the festive season, with a focus on the Gawai and Kaamatan festivals. We also wanted to attract more primary and secondary school students as new clients.This promotion ran from May to June, coinciding with the Gawai and Kaamatan festivities, which are popular times for social gatherings and increased demand for cold treats. To get people's attention, we used a bright and cheery poster graphic with cartoon-style imagery, clouds, and an eager character. The message featured colorful emoticons, extensive product descriptions, pricing, delivery information, and a WhatsApp purchasing link. This combination of entertaining graphics and useful captions was intended to appeal to both students and festival attendees on an emotional and practical level.

Through this entrepreneurial experience, I learned how to manage money and resources more effectively. For example, before selling the Aiskrim Malaysia, I learned how to work together with my group members to allocate funds to purchase the materials needed to make the ice cream sticks. I also learned how to estimate costs and profits more accurately.

During the process of making the ice cream sticks, I felt very fortunate because this entrepreneurship assignment fostered a spirit of mutual help among classmates and allowed me to learn better values from others. Although I felt tired and challenged throughout the making and selling process, I was grateful because I gained a lot of additional entrepreneurial skills and knowledge, as well as valuable experience.

Moreover, through this entrepreneurial assignment, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of the competitive process in business, how to effectively improve product quality, and how to enhance the efficiency of our customer service. The Foundation of Entrepreneurship Inculturation plays an important role in our academic journey because of this subject I had the opportunity to try entrepreneurship, gain valuable experience, and cultivate better teamwork among classmates.

At the beginning, it was tough to choose the right product. We had to consider the cost, ingredients, target customers, and market demand. As the leader, I had to listen to everyone’s ideas and help the team make the final decision. We chose Aiskrim Malaysia because it’s affordable, and brings back childhood memories for many people.

Once we agreed on the product, we made the ice cream ourselves at my house. I helped to plan the schedule and assign tasks some members prepared the syrup, others made the ice cream, and some handled the packaging. I learned that delegating tasks clearly and making sure everyone does their part is key to success.

One of the biggest challenges was managing our time. We had other assignments and classes, so I had to make sure we stayed on track. I also realized how important it is to understand costing, pricing, and profit margin.

Leading this project taught me that being a leader is not just about giving instructions it’s about motivating the team, solving problems together, and learning from mistakes. I also learned that I need to improve my marketing and financial planning skills.

Overall, this project and the MPU3222 course gave me a better understanding of what it means to be an entrepreneur. I’m proud of what my team achieved, and I now appreciate the hard work behind even the simplest businesses.

She serves as Project Manager for Unifinds, leading the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. She has good experience in managing business activities and has been a leader in school projects before. She keeps everyone organized and focused on our goals while helping the ice cream business grow and succeed.

He works as the main financial officer for Unifinds. He is responsible for managing all the money that comes in and goes out of the business. He has good accounting skills and is very careful with numbers. He records sales, tracks expenses, and prepares the income statement to make sure our business is making a profit and stays on the right track.

He is responsible for planning and posting content on Unifinds' social media platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp. He creates interesting and eye-catching posts, including teaser videos, product highlights, and promotions. He understands social media trends and uses hashtags, stories, and captions to reach more people. His work helps increase our ice cream sales and grow our online followers.

She supports the team by managing the materials after they are purchased. She keeps track of the stock levels, makes sure ingredients are stored properly, and prepares them for production. She also informs the team when stock is running low so that supplies can be restocked in time.

She is responsible for creating attractive graphics, logos, and posters to make Unifinds look professional and consistent. She is good at using design apps and has a creative eye, which helps make our marketing materials look nice and match our brand style on all platforms.

He helps the accountant with managing Unifinds’ finances. His job includes recording daily sales, organising receipts, and helping to update the transaction records. He is careful and good with details. He supports in checking the income and expenses, and assists in preparing the income statement to ensure all financial data is correct and complete.

She helps design posters, packaging, and product visuals. She enjoys drawing and is very creative. Her designs make our ice cream look fun and appealing to customers. She works closely with the social media team to make sure everything looks nice and matches our brand style.

She is in charge of handling customer orders and making sure all deliveries are done smoothly. Emma manages the order list, plans delivery routes, and ensures that every customer receives their ice cream on time and in good condition. She communicates with customers to confirm delivery details and solves any issues during delivery. Her responsibility is to keep customers happy by being fast, friendly, and reliable. She also updates the team about completed orders and helps ensure product quality before delivery.

Throughout the process and journey of running the business, I learned many things and valuable lessons such as money management, stock management, and communication skills within the team. Communication is very important in running a business. With good communication, team members can clearly understand the mission that needs to be accomplished. For example, our team’s goal was to achieve a sales target of RM500.

By the time our business ran until June 12, 2025, Unifinds had successfully achieved more than 100% of our initial sales target, reaching a total of RM1,018.

Some challenges we faced during the business included ensuring customer satisfaction, gaining customer trust, and the persistence of group members in promoting the product and managing delivery.

In conclusion, this ice cream stick business requires a lot of energy, commitment, and discipline to ensure success.

She works together with the team to manage Unifinds’ social media platforms, especially Instagram and WhatsApp. Intan helps plan and design creative posts to promote our Aiskrim Malaysia. She writes engaging captions, creates soft sell and hard sell content to grab customers’ attention. She also replies to messages and helps post updates about promotions, delivery times, and new flavours.  

The short-term goal of Unifinds is to achieve a minimum net profit of RM100 within a 3-month period.
