Venue - accessibility is important - in front of General Office is near the canteen where the students gather. In front of the 3 TVs may be a safety hazard as it is in the path of students on the way to the field and ISH.

Books which are highly sought after and in demand and those books shared in the hall to be available.

Allow students to borrow on the spot or reserve books which they would be informed to pick up once available.

Encourage reading of ebooks using ipads and appropriate websites e.g. Story Online on TV monitor.

Require teacher to be on duty on site to facilitate borrowing and maintain discipline.

Drawers or cabinets with locks to keep electronic devices apart from suitable shelving.

A teacher to be in charged to take note of top borrower. Token to be given out to top reader during book sharing.

Top Class Borrower given termly.

Update the teachers on Library Program. It is the whole school effort to encourage pupils to read in the school library.
