Mr. Faracchio’s career began in the occupational therapy field when the Southern VA Mental Health Institute hired him in 1979. His career in financial services started in 1981 when First Investors Corp hired him as a district manager and then as a division manager in 1983.

For the rest of his career in financial services, Mr. Faracchio worked for Liberty Mutual’s PAMCO (1988) and Provident Life & Accident (1990). In 1994, he launched Capital Management Alliance. The firm offered individual investment and insurance services. While overseeing this firm, he assumed the role of president at Synergy Southeast, Inc. in 2000 to run the company, which was involved in operating a day trading office and individual investments. By 2005, he launched Clients Trust Corp, a company that offered individual, professional investment planning.

Mr. Faracchio no longer oversees either of these ventures or works in financial services. Since 2016, he has spent most of his time helping the Jewish community as the president of Hevra Kadisha of Central Florida, which focuses on advancing Kosher burial practices. He is also a member of the Republican Jewish Coalition Leadership Council, where he works towards furthering Israeli goals.
