         <title>Whenever I have a new word, I look for the definition and also correct pronunciation. The physical dictionary gave many different meanings but not the pronunciation. I will try something -new technology which is useful for my writing.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I'm trying to research about different language and writing system. So far, I've learned that most Asian languages are categorized as syllabary, which is more similar to what western civilization's writing system: alphabet, instead of being more similar to Chinese writing system: logogram. Logogram is a writing system where each character represents the apparent form of an object. For example, the word "sun' in Chinese actually looks like the sun. This is surprising to me because even Korean, which looks like logogram, is actually syllabary. In addition, Chinese is categorized into the Sino-Tibetan language family, yet Chinese is logographic, Tibetan is syllabary and looks like Arabic.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I currently am finding myself to be extremely anxious and stressed. I decided to meditate at least once a day for the 30 day challenge. I also have started making an effort to practice yoga or other calming exercises. At first, I was meditating just at night. Now, I am incorporating meditation into my morning routine as well. I have found that I can practice mindful breathing even while I am completing another task such as driving. I am really excited about this new habit, as I am already feeling a lot less anxious and more level-headed. </div>]]></description>
