This is not a STC responsibility.<br><br>We will pass this along to the registrars as well. We find that it helps if we communicate it to you also that way there is reinforcement from you also, since you are physically in the school to help direct them.</div>]]></description>

For example, if there is testing documentation from the 2014-2015 school year, can we shred it, or should we keep it on hand? <br><br>You should keep all documentation for one year. last year's BOG3 testing documentation for example can be destroyed when the next year's BOG3 window comes around. <br><br>Thank you</div>]]></description>

After attending the conference this summer for NAEP, we saw the selections process and it is truly random. Our district's size and that it is a testing year causes the large number of schools to be selected. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Do NC check ins need to be listed on student plans specifically? Will we have to go in and do special codes for accommodations with the NC Check ins in NC Test like we do for EOGs?<br><br>No, NC Check-ins do not have to be specifically listed on student plans. Students can use what they would use for EOG, which is documented on their plan.&nbsp;Yes, the SIQ's will need to be entered into the platform for the accommodations that will effect the platform.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Misadministration Retest No Shows</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>If you have a test that is deemed a misadministration and the students have to be retested but the students do not show for the retest, how should it be handled since in the NC Test app we do not select misadministration until after the second test?<br><br>That student will not be marked as a misadministration they will count as not tested.</div>]]></description>

She has asked that you reach out to her directly so that she can address this discreetly with the specific individual. She will continue to communicate this as well at the EL Chair meetings.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>While there must be 2 other trained staff members, can the ESL teachers support with the WIDA Screener?  Our ESL teachers said they could not be pulled to administer any tests.<br><br>It is highly recommended that the EL teachers not administer the tests because they should be serving the students in the classrooms. If they are trained they can administer but it should not be their primary task at the school.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Is there a plan about having chrome books on hand since students will be given the chrome books but these new students may not have them at the time of testing?&nbsp; I don't have any chrome books of my own to use for testing.<br><br>Schools should be one to one chrome devices for grades 3-12. You may need to use chrome devices from classrooms etc. for the day to administer.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
