My favourite endangered animal is the red squirrel.

Red squirrels live in the trees in woods and parks.

They are red or brown with white fur on their chests.

They eat nuts and seeds.

Red squirrels are shy and they live on their own.

Red squirrels are endangered because of loss of habitat, disease and road traffic.

They are also in danger from grey squirrels. Grey squirrels are heavier and stronger than red squirrels. Grey squirrels are hungrier and they eat red squirrels’ food.

There are about 3 million grey squirrels in the UK today but there are only about 140,000 red squirrels.

Black-footed ferret is bigger than a rat but the rat is longer because of its tail.

This is the white tiger.

The white tiger live's in Sibèria. 
It feeds on mediumsized or large animals, generally ungulates. Their diet includes monkeys, wild boars, tapirs, deer, antelopes, buffaloes, etc.

The tiger is a carnivorous mammal of the Felidae family (genus Panthera) and is considered the largest cat in the world.

It is in danger of extinction due to its excessive hunting for its skin, its fangs that are used as an amulet, and due to loss of habitat. Habitat: Jungles, shrubby and tall grass plains, warm tropical forests, Asian jungles.

Right now there are 300 white tigers.

The ring-tailed lemur (Lemur catta) is a large strepsirrhine primate. Its long tail with white and black rings makes it the best-known species of lemur. It is part of the Lemurids, one of the five living families of lemurs. It is the only member of the genus Lemur. Like the rest of the lemurs, it is endemic to the island of Madagascar. It is known locally as hira (in Malagasy) or maki (in French and Malagasy). It inhabits the gallery forests and thorny thickets in the south of the island. It is omnivorous and the most terrestrial of all living lemurs. It is a diurnal animal.

The ring-tailed lemur is highly social, living in groups of up to thirty individuals. It is also matriarchal, a characteristic common in lemurs but rare in other primates. To conserve heat and strengthen social bonds, the groups huddle together, forming a "lemur ball". The ring-tailed lemur also basks, sitting with white fur towards the sun. Like other lemurs, this species relies heavily on its sense of smell, marking territory with scent glands. Males exhibit a unique scent-marking behavior called spur-marking, and engage in "stink fights" by impregnating their tails with their scent and sniffing at rivals.
