Q1: I felt that the friendship between them are positively strong, its proven that they have the common goal and none of them give up and shows determination.

Q2: In the video, the villagers felt that its ridiculous to think about winning the champion. They did not give up or agreeing with negative thoughts. They continue and even build a wooden soccer platform to fulfill their practices and dream.

Q3: Its satisfying to see the villagers encourage the boys to work harder by providing the equipment they need for the competition. This is the collaboration between the team and villagers.

Q4: After watching video, I have observed the traits and development of the team have fufil the Tuckman's Model of Team:
Forming, they had the similar and common goal of being the champion team in future.
Storming: They gain communication by practicing it, and no matter rain or shine they work hard together it able to express difference of ideas, feelings and opinion to the team.
Norming: Members agrees to have their roles, for example being goal keeper or defender for the team. One example as well, they all agreed to remove their shoes to play even better in rains. Which proven that they shows collaboration and determination to win it
Performing: As mentioned, they could perform better after they have all agrees with the decision made, this stage is very important because MUST make sure everyone agrees with the decision and perform extremely well
Adjouring: To know each of the team mates pros and cons and delegating the task for them to work on it.

Q5: I believe they are efficient in the team which bring them far.

Q1: The level of friendship between the boys is no doubt strong, helping and cheering each other such as building the football pitch together.
Q2:They boys ignored the criticism from the other villagers in the video. I think it is their own passion that continued to push them towards their goal. Its all about trust and love for your interest.
Q3: Eventually, the villagers did support the boys, providing them proper gear to participate in the competition. This goes to show that we can sway those who are skeptical, by proving through actions and not words.
Q4:
Storming: They were able to maneuver their way around the disadvantage they had, which was that they didn't have a playing field or pitch to practice or play on. By building a wooden pitch they were able to practice to their hearts content.
Q5: I think the team was very effective. All members were clear of their goal. And as we can see from the video, they were already friends to begin with so being on the same wavelength would not prove to be a problem to them.

Q1: The level of friendship between the boys were extremely strong. This can be seen whereby they spend a lot of their time enjoying each other's company by simply watching football. In the midst of doing that, they started to grow a hobby of playing football which slowly became a passion for them and they worked hard together as a team, showing signs of collectivism.

Q2: Even though there were villagers who made fun of them and told them that they could not make it, it did not affect the boys emotions and stop them from doing what they like.

Q3: Yes, there were evidences of collaboration between the boys. This can be seen whereby the boys began to collect materials such as old woods from around the village and even nailing the floors of the platform. All in all, they were seen to always be doing things as a collectivist group rather than doing things alone.

Q4: According to the model, the boys' stage of team development would be at the performing stage. This can be seen whereby even though they face some problems at the beginning of not having a proper space for training, they overcame this adversity. Also, they worked hard and performed well during their football match even though it was their debut competition.

Q5: I think that the team was extremely effective. This is because even though things did not start up well with their team as they did not have a proper training ground, they overcame this situation very quickly by using their hardwork and strength. Through that, they slowly achieved their goals and made it into the football competition coming at the 3rd place.

Q1: I believe the boys were very closely bonded with one another. The boys were always huddled in front of the television in their town watching football together. Whenever one of them made a decision, either to start a football team or to start building a pitch, they always moved and act together as a team.

Q2: The adults in the town had laughed at the kids for dreaming big, since they were just a small town with no history of football. Regardless the boys disregarded their jeers and continued moving forward, despite criticism.

Q3: As mentioned previously, the boys moved together in a collective group, never individually. Whether it be creating the soccer team, or creating the soccer pitch, they worked together with one another towards a common goal.

Q4: According to Tuckman’s Model of Team Development, the boys would be in the "performing" stage, where they are working together and functioning at a very high level of collaboration. They have and share a common focus among the team members, whether it be playing soccer of winning the tournament, they do it together. The team members seem to have a very deep trust in one another, and rely on each other, as seen during the competition when they played together.

Q5: I think the team was very effective. Even if I may be mistaken regarding their bonds, the results don't lie. The boys have transformed their small soccer clubs into one of the best in their country, and it was only possible through their teamwork and hard work. Even though they didn't start with much, it was their united efforts which got them to where they are today.

Q1: The boys strived together for football, displaying an exceptionally powerful, deep and strong level of friendship, almost as if they were brothers bonded by blood. They shared a singular vision, a goal that surpassed all setbacks, criticisms and challenges. They displayed a form of mutual trust in each other, believing and working towards a goal no one thought would ever work out, and they did it all together. Truly a marvellous team of youths.

Q2: Criticism became a stepping stone for the boys, for they then would realise what they could've improved upon through remarks from the villagers, who belittled their humongous dreams yet coupled it with a slight hint of encouragement.

Q3: Teamwork is an essential factor, a foundation imperative for the gigantic goal the boys had in mind. Collaboration was thus seen in the form of them being together wherever they went, from the picking up of aged wood planks which served good in building their pitch, to the daily football practices they held whenever school came to an end, whether it be rain or shine.

Q4: The boys successfully went through all four stages of the Tuckman's Team Development Model, growing and maturing from the formation of plans for their football practices (visualizing the goal they want to achieve without haste), storming in with action (by building the pitch), making it the norm (holding daily football trainings as a team), and eventually achieving success, performing well in the tournament with pride and superior team performance.

Q5: The team functioned optimally, the best I have ever seen. It was as if they weren't separate individuals but rather, one, single entity, all sharing the same vision without conflict nor disagreement. Through mutual respect, determination and unity, they eventually achieved 3rd place in their national football tournament. Truly spectacular and something worth learning from. Impressive.

Q1. I think that the boys were very good friends with each other. This can be seen by the boys sitting closely together just to watch football on a small television. Also, when one of the boys have an idea, all of the boys agreed to the idea and gave their all for the idea, be it forming a football team or building a field. Despite the setbacks that they went through, they stuck with each other and never gave up. When they were meet with a problem, they solved it together.

Q2. Yes, when they were building the "field" to practice football on, they worked together to collect materials for the "field", they also worked together to construct the field to play on

Q4.

Q1) The boys in the video were very good friends. It can be seen from how they have the same passion and when there were any challenges, all of them persevered on and they stayed together.

Q2) Although the villagers on the island were not supportive, they managed to persevere on to an extend that in the end the villagers even buy them the sports equipment that they need to play the tournament.

Q3) It can be seen from all of them participated in the building of the wooden “soccer field” that was floating on the water. Imagine all of them when to find the material, putting all the wood together and paint the “field”.

Q4) I think the team is in the storming stage, as they are struggling to win the tournament. In addition to that they are also struggling due to not enough space, and they must overcome this problem so that they will have space to practise their soccer skills.

Q5) I think that this team is effective. All of them in the video are very close with each other and hence no one will be abandon by the team, nor any of them will leave the team due to any problems the team meet and hence they will conquer all challenges together as a team. Therefore, I think that the team was effective.

Q1
The boys were friends who lived in a small fishing village together. As they shared the same hobby of watching football, they naturally watched it together, bonded and forged a close friendship.

This can be seen from them gathering around to watch football and also deciding to form a team together, without leaving anyone out.

Q2
The villages were not supportive of their idea at first, as the place where they lived was small, and there was no space for them to play or practice. However, the boys did not give up nor did the words from the villagers deter their mindset to play football. Instead, they decided to start creating their own playing space.

They collected wood and old fishing rafts and spent time after school to finish building the playing surface together.

Q3
Yes. They collected items and spent time after school to build the playing surface together.

Also, when playing football, they collaborated with each other, passed the ball around and successfully scored goals after goals.

Q4
I think that the team's stage of development would be at Adjourning, which refers to task completion, good feelings about achievements and recognition.

As seen in the video, no doubt the team did not win the semi-finals, but they did not give up halfway. Instead, they took off their shoes and continued playing, so as to complete their task, which was to compete and win against the others.

Even though they were disappointed that they lost in the end, but they were happy that they have gotten this far, which shows that they had good feelings about the accomplishment.

Lastly, they also got the recognition they deserved, when the rest of the village was really proud of them for getting the second position and told them to be proud of themselves.

Q5
Yes. I do think that the team was effective. When they first wanted to create a soccer team, they were forced to compromised due to the space constraint. Fortunately, they managed to make the best out of something and continued trying to fulfil their goals.

Also, as the saying goes 'Team Work Makes the Dream Work', the boys also showed great team spirit and sportsmanship by continuing to play until the last minute even though they were losing and did not have a high chance of winning.

Q1. The group of boys shown in the video portrayed deep friendship with one another, they were really close. Being in an intimate friendship, as the boys are, involves being genuinely invested in each other’s health, happiness, and success as well as consistently supporting each other and working to make each other better. It helped that the boys shared a common interest, football, and shared a common goal to pursue their dreams together. It was evident that the boys have full trust in one another and share deep connection and friendship with one another.

Q2. The boys ignored criticisms from others, staying focus on working towards their goal, going as far as even building their own pitch to play on. They did not let these criticisms affect them, and even became more determined to achieve their goal.

Q3. There were several evidences of collaboration presented in the video. From the very beginning, they displayed collaboration by simply forming a football team of their own. They worked together towards a common goal, gathering materials to build a pitch for them to play and practice on. Finally, during the football tournament, they worked together to strategise on how they could perform better when it rained heavily.

Q4. According to Tuckman’s Model of Team Development, I think the team is in the Performing Stage. In the performing stage, members are confident, motivated and familiar enough with the project and their team that they can operate without supervision. Everyone is on the same page and driving full-speed ahead towards the final goal. These traits are all displayed effectively by the team, the boys had a common goal and worked together to achieve it, even making it into the semi-finals of the tournament without having a proper space to train on.

Q5. I think the team was very effective. They set their eyes upon a goal and worked towards it despite facing challenges, such as not having an area to play on, as well as facing criticisms from others. They did not let these challenges hinder them from achieving their dreams and portrayed persistence and strong teamwork throughout their journey of becoming one of Southern Thailand’s best football club.
