Could you please share your ideas about the most effective ways for building a team environment in the classrooms?

And I also would like to add that you should pay attention to the size of the team. I always ask my students to share responsibilities in the team. Somebody is a leader; another person should be responsible for organizing special events for team building and etc. Unfortunately I do not have time to write too much. I think that for building team environment a teacher should teach his students general rules of working in a team: respect each other, consider other points of view and opinions.
