         <title>I think that you can get 100% implementation by keep doing the weekly email (VERY GOOD)... Flexibility - Time - Training on what the lesson is about - Spend team collaboration time discussing/Previewing lesson. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To get 100% "all in" teachers need to given training on how to connect the character trait terms to their lessons and everyday classroom management.  I know I need to improve in this area.  The character strengths should be in the daily vocabulary of all teachers.  That will make it more meaningful to the kids.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Yes to the weekly emails! We also have created a schoology course for TLC which has been helpful. We also thought about tying in dojo to the character traits. Positive dojo for perseverance, creativity, kindness, etc. </title>
