We are not created to be perfect and to be what other people want us to be. Due to stereotypes for women, we become less confident and feel less than enough to be worthy of respect.
Stereotypes in society make people less confident, especially women, because most men in the field of work are also sought after, so that many women feel that they do not have enough potential, stereotypes for women are, a good mother can cook, can clean , and must be able to take care of the family, in fact it can not only be done by women, men can do it, but unfortunately it is considered as a woman must be able and must have a talent for cooking and others.

Reflectin (50 words or more): what you have learned or the problems you have during extensive listening ,how did you deal with to solve the problems

I can take many lessons, and one of them is that I can learn how we can become educated women and love ourselves and not always blame ourselves for what other people think, because stereotypes make us not confident and brave
the problem is in the pronunciation, because it's like using a british accent so it's hard for me to understand it. the way I can do it is to turn on the subtitles and slow down the video playback speed and repeat the confusing part.that way i can better understand what the speaker saying

Self-assesessment

Question
Yes
No
Maybe
The speed was OK
yes

The vocabulary was OK
yes

The pronunciation was OK
yes

This effect my listening skill
yes

I think my listening skills are improved
yes

I need to improve (please UNDERLINE all that apply): listening to main ideas /
listening to details / listening to numbers / listening to fast speech / listening to
connected speech / listening for a long time / listening to other accents / myvocabulary / my pronunciation
