The ant was always giving its all at work, and trying to overcome its stillness and its insecurities it inherited from its upbringings.

One day it rained a lot and the colony decided to stop the work but, the ant was very angry because it wanted to finish the goal of the day. It did a speech to the colony to empower them and said that they can both weather the storm and conclude the work, if they all stayed together, because together they were stronger.
