         <description><![CDATA[<div>Early birds tend to be healthier overall, they're more proactive, and they get better grades.<br><br>Healthier overall: Early bird people are much more likely to exercise.<br><br>Proactive: Early bird people are more likely to set goals and make plans, which enables them to anticipate problems and eliminate them before they happen.<br><br>Get better grades: Early Bird people are more likely to get better grades because in school, from kindergarten to college or university, takes place during the day.
