In new construction, access to all toilet rooms are required. For single user toilet rooms, they must be clustered and at least half for each use must comply with ADA. For multi-user toilet rooms, at least one compartment must be wheelchair accessible.

Toilet rooms must be labeled with the International Symbol of Accessibility.

Grab bars are required behind and next to the toilet. Toilet seat height should be 17'' - 19'' from the ground. Toilet paper dispensers must be within accessible reach.
