         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Positive Reinforcement</strong></p><ul><li><p><em>Goal: </em>Promoting reading</p></li><li><p><em>Reinforcement: </em>To avoid punishment, we can instead refer to adding rewards whenever a desired behavior is done. An example to that is giving a kid a chocolate every time they do something that the parents want, or the parents want them to do again like reading a book.</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Positive Punishment</strong></p><ul><li><p><em>Goal: </em>Be more responsible in the task assigned to them (house chores)</p></li><li><p><em>Punishment: </em>One of the ways to reach the goal of being more responsible is by showing that there are consequences to their undesired bad behavior. By adding unwanted punishments such as giving them more workload. </p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Negative Reinforcement </strong></p><ul><li><p><em>Goal:</em> Be on time for class</p></li><li><p><em>Reinforcement: </em>Take away something from a person that she does not like to improve a bad behavior</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Negative Punishment </strong></p><ul><li><p><em>Goal: </em>Fix Disobedience</p></li><li><p><em>Punishment: </em>Taking away something that a person does like. For example, their gadgets for them to know that there are consequences for their action. </p></li></ul>]]></description>
