When starting college i didn't realize how much work we had to do. But now i am finally getting into a grove of working on stuff slowly during the week but when friday rolls around i use a catch up day and to prepare for next week by printing off the next chapters. When it lights up or vibrates i have to check and see who it is and whats going on. Normally i just try and walk away from whatever is causing me anxiety and come back later when i have had a chance to calm down and breath. But with school staring and it being online. when i am at a computer screen for too long sometimes i start to panic. So when i have had to much and i know i need something done i try and print it so i can look at it not a computer screen.
