<title>Andrew Mazza - Fusion Flavors from a New Jersey Executive Chef by Andrew Mazza</title>
      <link>https://padlet.com/AndrewMazza/About</link>
<description>Andrew Mazza is an established New Jersey executive chef who most recently served as sous chef with Eat Clean Bro in Freehold. For 4 years, Andrew Mazza led a kitchen of 30 employees, from menu creation to production execution. He delivered more than 2,000 meals on a weekly basis, while ensuring consistent quality at the fast-paced New Jersey establishment.

Mr. Mazza previously spent 2 years as chef with Seoul Fusion, an Asbury Park eatery that was launched in 2015 as part of North Eats, an initiative that brought together six mobile restaurants.

The food truck Mr. Mazza helped guide was distinguished in the way it combined Mexican and Asian ingredients and flavors. The signature bulgogi bites were prepared with an Asian marinade, which was mixed with cheddar-jalapeno sauce. The sirloin bites were then breaded and deep fried, and served up with sriracha aioli.

Andrew Mazza is now planning a new CBD-infused enterprise and has secured an LLC named Stay Baked. Having launched the stay_baked_kitchen Instagram page, he is expecting to launch a dedicated website soon.</description>
