Care, </em>memberi perhatian yang serius.<em> </em>&nbsp;Dan <em>love </em>akan muncul secara automatik. Bila love ada, kerja menjadi ikhlas - Insyallah menjadi amalan baik yang akan mendapat ganjaran juga.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Matlamat program </strong>mesti berasaskan hasrat negara, iaitu Falsafah Pendidikan Negara sebagai payung kepada penyediaan pendidikan JPPKK.</div><div><strong>Objektif </strong>dibangunkan berasaskan aspirasi yang telah dibangunkan oleh Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi. Tetapi saya rasa bertuah kerana rezeki saya untuk mendalami OBE.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Mendapat pendedahan secara terperinci terhadap kaedah penulisan dalam penyataan Program Aims, PEO dan PLO. Ianya sangat membantu dalam penulisan CLO yang baik.<br><strong>Programme Aim</strong>-<br> adalah matlamat jangka panjang yang mempunyai penyataan yang menyeluruh &nbsp; meliputi <strong>phylosophy </strong>(merujuk kepada visi, misi dan dasar2 di politeknik), <strong>purpose</strong> (mengandungi attribute pelajar bagi membentuk graduan holistik) dan <strong>rational </strong>(justifikasi penawaran program<strong>)</strong>. Penyataan ini menerangkan justifikasi program ditawarkan serta dikaitkan dengan pembangunan negara.<br><strong>PEO-</strong><br>adalah penyataan matlamat jangka pendek yang menunjukkan kemenjadian graduan selepas 3-5 tahun bergraduate.<br><strong>PLO-</strong><br>PLO adalah penyataan yang menyokong PEO dengan menetapkan kompetensi graduan. Penyataan PLO yang baik adalah mempunyai 4 komponen iaitu verb, skills, substance dan context.<br><br><strong>Soalan:<br>1. Bolehkah kita membina penyataan "open ended Learning Outcome" bagi program/kursus yang berbentuk kreatif, dimana pelajar dijangka berupaya&nbsp; untuk meneroka lebih jauh dari apa yang diharapkan? Di situasi mana lagi open ended learning outcome boleh/sesuai digunapakai? <br><br>2.          <description><![CDATA[<div>1.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Learn, Unlearn and Relearn:&nbsp;</div><div>Sesi kali ini dapat mengukuhan pemahaman dalam aspek proses reka bentuk sesuatu program pengajian. <em>Clarity of focus</em> menjadi aspek yang paling terkesan dalam sesi kali ini. Dimana sebagai penggubal adalah menjadi amalan untuk “mengandaikan” pembaca memahami maksud yang cuba disampaikan dengan meringkaskan penyataan-penyataan atau memilih perkataan yang kurang sesuai yang akhirnya memberi gambaran yang tidak jelas kepada pihak berkepentingan.</div><div>2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Elemen-elemen <em>holistic</em> dan <em>balance</em> dapat dilihat dalam pemetaan kursus kepada PLO bagi program pengajian yang telah disemak. Setiap pencapaian atribut PLO disokong oleh sekurang-kurangnya 3 kursus sepanjang tempoh pengajian.</div><div>3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Cabaran: memilih/ menentukan perkataan/ skop yang sesuai dalam pembangunan sesuatu penyataan yang ingin dibangunkan. è memerlukan latihan yang berterusan dalam memastikan kemahiran yang diharapkan dapat dicapai disokong dengan penguasaan ilmu (melalui pembacaan/ input) dalam menguasai ilmu taksonomi yang terlibat dan melihat kemenjadian yang diharapkan secara menyeluruh dan spesifik.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Writing a good CI has it's method and technicality.&nbsp;<br><br>PEOS, PLOS &amp; CLOS should be a match to the Vision, Mission&nbsp; as well the Programme Aim of the programme. When this can be mapped accordingly, the syllabus writers would have a good designed or constructed CI in their hands.<br><br>Suggestion being is to provide them with the exact course like this as to find the technique of putting things in to place in CI.
