Then, we had the first idea about AI. We want to use wonton noodles as a mini-game. Customers Scan Panda Wonton's products with the function of a QR code. After that, they will pop up a page telling them that they are welcome to participate in the production of the bowl of wonton noodles in their hands, use mobile phone games to make customers into a fresh feeling. The above pomelo formula is only suitable for young customers to use, with young ways to promote Panda Wonton.

During the lecture, the CEO of Panda Wonton introduced us to the company's background, marketing strategy, and cooperation purposes. Then invite us to the Jordan branch of Panda Wonton for taste food and store visit.

We also reviewed the presentation from Mr. Qiu, he shared a lot of information about Panda Wonton, it help us understand the current market situation, product features, major customer and competitor

I observant about the dining area, number of staff, clerk workload, types of customer, ratio of takeout.

We also do a conference call with Year 4, discussed about the Target Customer and so on. The temporary idea of advertising is aim for attract the customer dine in the restaurant, build up a positive and creative image (by promote their new product - abalone wontons). Year 4 also remind that we need to consider the general image and taste of Panda Wonton.

We plan to have another meeting with more member in school and come up with more specific target: the contact of questionnaire, detail of target customer and audience, media platform, how to connect the image and taste of Panda Wonton with the advertisement.

Our year 4 students also had our own meeting to discuss the details of our AR advertising and what methods to use to attract more customers to dine in store.

We intend to implement the ar technology we need to utilize through this app, reduce the costs that may be required, and establish that the purpose of our program is to increase sales and awareness. Possibly through social media such as instagram to allow customers to promote the store, after all, customers are more persuasive as consumers and are more likely to attract others to the store.

In the coming days we will plan different details, such as analyzing the data targeted by the questionnaire questions, trying to calculate the cost (design time cost), analyzing the IMC strategy used in the promotion, and so on, and we hope that the report will be completed successfully!

About our AI plan, regarding the upgrade of the in-store ordering system and related interactions. Our initial idea is to set up a self-service ordering system in the store, similar to Yakiniku LIKE and Saizeriya, so that customers only need to scan the QR code on the table to place self-service orders, which improves restaurant operation efficiency and fully pays attention to The psychological and social needs of our target group (some people are not good at socializing and communicating). Another point is to create interactive designs such as games and animations within the system to enhance user experience and improve customer satisfaction.

In addition, our preliminary discussion with year2 students mentioned the pop-up activity of animated characters in the check-in store. The current idea is that we hope to combine our ordering system and check-in activities as a short-term plan.
