This clip is appropriate for the target audience because it is relevant and current, as well as the fact that the presenter uses simple, easy to understanding language with no jargons. Furthermore, the presenter uses visual aids to assist him in explaining various concepts.  The timing of the visual aids is perfect.

I use this clip for my students in the middle of their course when they are a simple understanding of some concepts but still slightly raw in others.

Both visuals and narration is synchronised in the best possible way to reduce cognitive load while being easier to process with both auditory and visual channels. Each successeive concept illustrated builds up on the immediately previous concept to  aid in making deeper connections in the mind. It is designed with iconic and echoic memory  where visuals change in 0.5 secs while the narrator keeps communicating about the current concept and the next in relation with the current. Morover, no use of extraneous materials such as texts, unnecessary animation like moving clouds, vehicles, people, the focus was entirely on the elements being narrated. 
Cons: 
The video does not have the presentors face but i still found it to be engaging throughout.
