         <description><![CDATA[<div>My leadership vision is being a cross-cultural leader in my future career. Hospitality industry is a globalized business, and it is a multicultural working area. Employees are coming from different areas and customers are from all around the world. Cross-cultural leadership could not only help me have a better understanding of my employees and customers need, but also it is an effective way to reduce and solve conflicts due to the difference of cultures. Cultures are different, so developing my awareness of culture could also enhance the dynamic in the working environment. Therefore, being a cross-cultural leader is vital in this globalized industry, and also it could build a comfortable working environment to every cross-cultural employee. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In order to become a relationship builder leader, there are some action strategies could help me to achieve my goal. First of all, enhance my communication skills. “Communication is essential to building trust and gaining commitment to the vision and strategy”. However, it does not mean I say everything directly, but use strategies to get closer to them, and listen their opinions. For example, hanging out with team members after work. Getting out of the working or studying environment, employees will be relaxed and are easier to show their real thoughts. Being as a friend after work, it is essential for a leader who wants to build a positive relationship with your employees. Receiving basic knowledge about their personal life, whenever they have troubles about the personal life, as a leader and also a friend, it is your responsibility to help and support them. <br><br>Daft, R.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My first leadership goal for my leadership is being a relationship builder leader. Building relationship with people from different cultures is vital for keeping peaceful in the working environment. Nowadays, the relationship between leader and followers does not only delegate and implement, but also a closer relationship could help to build a thriving working environment. Good relationships with my followers is an effective way to delegate, and I don’t want to know that my employees follow me is only because I am a leader, but I am the person that they like and respect, it is comfortable for them to implement my plans. “Employee motivation affects productivity, so part of a leader’s job is to channel followers’ motivation toward the accomplishment of the organization’s vision and goals”.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Secondly, being candid but not an over-strict person. When I work with my team, I like to be harmony. As a leader, it is essential to be candid, but it does not mean criticizing him in front of the table, negating his work. In school with working as a team, I should consider other members’ feeling, and trying to understand their thoughts. Asking questions about their work, it is an effective way to learn what are they thinking and it help to build positive attitudes and self-confidence . Whenever the mistakes appear, talking to the employee personally, and being patient to listen their ideas. When my team members are coming from different countries, I should be cultural intelligence. When I have something confused about their culture, or there is something that I don’t know whether I can do it or not, I should ask them immediately, or do some research on it. Since every culture has its sensitive side, if you don’t know what it the right way to do, you may cause embarrassed moments, and it is unrespect to their culture.
