I at the time was not late just yet but as I drove further I noticed loads of heavy traffic. My heart started racing faster and I began to sweat as I noticed how slow it was moving. I took multiple glances at the clock and my fear of being late progressively increased. I was beyond frustrated and afraid of making it on time. I knew being late to this meeting would be a very bad impression and could cause me to not get the job.

Being caught in heavy traffic while running late for an important meeting or appointment is a real-life stressful situation. The pressure of time constraints, the uncertainty of reaching the destination on time, and the frustration of being stuck in traffic can create a tense and stressful experience.
