The difference between indigenous and non-indigenous Australian's health is major. the main reason for this is that indigenous people get treated unfairly when in comparison to non-indigenous Australians. There life path is harder as discrimination is to this day a big problem. People who are indigenous find it harder to get jobs, good education and even healthcare. This creates much larger difficulties.

There is a major difference between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous health. This is known as "The Gap". There are a few reasons why there is such a significant gap. One of the reasons are systematic discrimination. A health survey that was conducted in 2017-19 estimated that around 3 in 10 (29%) First Nations people aged 18-64 are considered to be in good health. In comparison 51% of Non-Indigenous Australians are considered in good health. As shown there is a massive difference in health between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Australians.

There are many differences between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous peoples physical, mental, environmental, spiritual and cultural health. To begin with, Indigenous people struggle highly intergenerational diseases. One third of Indigenous people suffer from these diseases, whereas these diseases are less common in Non-Indigenous peoples. This is more common in Indigenous peoples as many peoples are against vaccinations, and didn't have access to them, resulting in a higher chance of developing conditions through generations. Additionally, Indigenous people are 2.7 more times as likely to endure high or very high levels of physiological distress. Overall, Indigenous and Non-Indigenous peoples have very different affects in physical health.

Like thanos said, the hardest decisions require the strongest wills which clearly displays that 80% aboriginal people have little to no will.

The burden of health towards aboriginal peoples and non indigenous peoples is drastically different. For example, Aboriginal people are far more likely to commit suicide (nine times more likely). Furthermore, they are also more likely to inflict self harm. these issues point to the fact that aboriginals' mental health is worse than their non aboriginal counterparts. Moreover, they face discrimination based on their looks and their 'burden' on the new, white Australia.

The health differences between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Australians can differentiate as both can come from different health systems. To further explain, the health risks for indigenous peoples are higher rates in smoking and illicit drug use than Non-Indigenous Australians. Socially, Indigenous Australians have a higher rate of no education, poor housing, and no employment resulting in no income. To conclude, Non-Indigenous Australians lifestyle rates are very different to Aboriginals who have struggled since the Stolen Generation.

The health differences between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Australians, known as "The Gap," are significant due to historical and ongoing impacts of colonization. Indigenous Australians experience more health problems like diabetes, heart disease, and mental health issues, often because of limited access to healthcare and nutritious food. For example, Indigenous Australians are three times more likely to suffer from diabetes compared to Non-Indigenous Australians, a statistic that highlights the severe impact of poor diet, inadequate healthcare access, and socioeconomic disadvantages. Poor living conditions and loss of cultural connections also contribute to these issues. Overall, "The Gap" is caused by a combination of physical, mental, environmental, and spiritual health challenges, all rooted in a history of unfair treatment.
