She welcomed me with open arms, made my experience easy and welcoming. I was surprised how quickly I opened about my experience but makes sense because the energy around you makes you feel safe. I never have experienced reiki therapy but I can honestly say it was something I cannot forget and look forward to continuing doing. There’s something that happens that I can’t describe when you fully let yourself go and embrace yourself to experience of reiki. All in all highly recommend.

There was no anguish. I felt that I could trust Anabel and therefore I had that feeling of peace. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I never felt nervous and I just let myself go. I didn’t feel any pressure on my body. I felt as if I was levitating and my thoughts were very calm. I felt I had a smile on my face the whole time. I did not feel my body tense at any time. The energy was light and very positive. To the point that I did not want to open my eyes when the session was over.  I was in my childhood paradise. Additionally, the oracle reading was very clear and concise. I did not have any questions because I felt that the Oracle Reading was spot on. I hadn’t had much of an appetite for over a week and I was feeling negative. Anabel made me feel so comfortable and safe. The whole experience was amazing. The following day I woke up with an appetite and I was no longer feeling sad and negative. I couldn’t believe how good I felt that I had to text her and let her know! Anabel was knowledgeable, welcoming and ensured during our session I was comfortable. She has created a safe environment with a peaceful ambiance. Anabel is a warm hearted soul who was empathetic, accepting and sensitive to any information I shared. Having a session with Anabel was absolutely worth it. I left feeling relaxed and at peace with overall excitement for life and being centered. I definitely will be returning regularly and I’m so grateful for the impact Anabel has had on my physical and mental health as well as my life.
