Experienced teachers can contribute their content, pedagogy and assessment know-how, and teachers comfortable with tech can contribute their technical know-how. Then everyone levels up when they learn something from their more knowledgeable other in the aspect that they can grow in and there is a stronger collaboration culture in YCKPS.

Use of Appraiser (a ChatGPT-like platform) where we input the students' attributes and achievements to generate HDP comments. However, quite a bit of time is needed to input the data for the system to generate the comments (by the time we key in all the needed input, can type out 10 HDP comments). Can be used for the editing and vetting process after the teachers drafts out the HDP comments.
For EL, the Department uses SLS to capture responses for reading aloud. Will be good for SLS to score the students. Microsoft 365 has this feature called Immersive Reader that provides students a digital reading coach that can read the text out to them and provides a reading report to give them some statistics about their reading. Can also use Notes in iPads to get the iPad to read out the text for the students.

For CL, SLS is able to give a score for the reading. Teachers need to provide SLS with the rubrics.
