How do we pilot this while also being mindful of staff needing to collaborate around other outreach opportunities in the community? Outreach is already hard to staff

I think this is a bigger question around the overall expectations for outreach (e.g. once a month in each language sounds reasonable for this, but is anyone needed besides the ed team to do that?) b/c ed team and other staff may also be attending other outreach events/tabling/leading support groups or other workshops, etc. I think we need to clarify expectations overall...and also, they will vary between teams as different teams have different roles in outreach and programming.

In general, I would expect that these school events should really only involve the ed team and intake in the staffing, and should be overlayed on your larger outreach plan/schedule.

I wonder if going to school events like back to school nights where parents are already planning on attending would be a good way to introduce them to our agency before we host events? It might make them feel comfortable reaching out to us or attending our events.
