Some facts about the telescope are Hans Lippershey built the telescope but they don't know who to give the credit to because people kept copying the idea from other people of making the telescope. It was made in the 18th and 19th century. People started thinking of the idea of the telescope in the early 1600. The first telescopes made where all refracting telescopes.
