There is a big statue in the middle of a person manning a camera with plaques for each year of the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BiFan) and the Bucheon International Animation Festival (BIAF). Bucheon is well known for animation and filmmaking within Korea, there are animated characters decorating a lot of everyday objects around the city like lamp posts (but sadly none from my view).
