The world's businesses and processes run very much on cash. Governments and countries have a large treasury of cash, as well as extra funds, as having a high economy allows for facilities and trade. Having cash allows people to buy things that are necessities to live and to survive. Items such as food, water, housing, and a toilet, often require people to pay. What this means is that it affects us detrimentally. People end up focusing on how much an item costs, and how expensive it is to try and see the value rather than seeing the emotional side to it.
