2022 has been a challenging year for all of us. Due to Covid-19, it has caused inflation in the country in every industry. 

In relation to that, our company did not meet the expected revenue in the past 2 quarters of the year. We have seen the effort that have been contributed by the team members. Unfortunately, the KPI of the Sales Team have not met the expectations. Due to this situation, the company will reduce the basic pay by 20 percent across the Sales Team. 

We are expecting the basic pay cut to end within 6 months, starting from March, 2023. However, if the revenue of the company reach the projections within this time frame, the basic pay will be reverted.
