Clearly, the picture depicts something not related to the topic. I feel their could a better image to promote or aware people about the ad. 
The picture of women dressed inappropriate raises all kind of questions in my mind. Is this picture related to the topic? what their purpose of using such picture?
But using such pictures help company in marketing. Women bodies have always been used as sexual object or source income and this ad is example of one of those. and as we have discussed that such posters with half naked body of women attracts customer and helps them to promote their products. But most of these women take such jobs to avoid financial problems. 
the advertiser only wants to seek public attention, for its own benefits. The poster in the ad shows a strong girl who proves that we "women are brave". 
I choose this ad because unlike other ads I don't see any misuse of women's body or any major marketing strategies. It is a positive ad with strong message about equality of women. 
I believe that these images are used in order to give message out
definitely, they used social message to promote their product . 
the advertiser shows little girl kicking out taboo about women and their strength.
these kinds of ad helps to change minds of people and prove that social media has powerful impact.

anything opposite to that gives reason to people to laugh. 
here I decided to choose a girl for a gym promotion. this women doesn't look like others shown in gym with skinny and perfect body size. 
this ad is great example of gender stereotype as we often see only men working on those huge muscles and we don't expect a women to look like same.
