The speaker is Eric himself. In an interview done by The Boot, Eric says "I went to a concert when I was younger with a girl, and to this day, when I hear that artist, it's the soundtrack to that girl." 
O- That being said, the occasion would be when Church is thinking of this girl.
A- As a result, the audience would be the girl he is thinking about. Eric Church's lyrics say "When you think about me, do you think about 17? Do you think about my old Jeep?" These questions are directed toward this girl he is thinking about. 
P- The Purpose would be to connect back with the girl he is reminiscing about.
S- The subject of this song is truly to find out if this girl still thinks of Eric the same way he thinks of her. If she connects him and her through the melody of any Bruce Springsteen song.
Tone- This is a love song. A deeper meaning than what we hear. Eric Church uses Logos to connect with the audience by giving these logistics. A lot of the logos in this piece are references to Bruce Springsteen and his work. The song is bout how Eric recollects whenever he hears a Bruce Springsteen soundtrack, giving this song its title "Springsteen". 
The first logos appears in verse one. "I'm on Fire and Born to Run" to people who do not know the back story, they may just think something like he's a crazy guy who goes wherever he wants. The true meaning of this line is actually that it is mentioning two Bruce Springsteen songs "Im on Fire" and "Born to Run".
A second logos appeal would be in verse 4 when he sings
"Even though you're a million miles away
When you hear Born in the USA
You relive those glory days?"
Non-followers may think that he's just referencing a song. But no. To this couple, it's more than just a song, but a gateway to memories.
A third logos appeal would be in the chorus. The single word "Springsteen". This can be viewed in a few different ways. One to the naked eye of just a title. I believe it has possibly two different meanings. The obvious one is how Springsteen himself is the connection between the two teen lovers. A second option could be that it is a play on the word, Springs-teen. "Spring", defying how love has sprung up in between the two "teens".

Connecting to the audience on a personal level in terms of a "been there, done that" type of standpoint.  
In verse one, Eric says "To this day, when I hear that song
I see you standin' there on that lawn". A listener can connect to this in a sense where they too have a song that brings back certain, special memories. 
A second ethos example is in the chorus when Eric Church claims: 
"When I think about you
I think about 17"
This connects to 17-year-old teenagers or other people who think about their relationships they had at 17. 
The final ethos example in the lyrics is "Like a soundtrack to a July Saturday night." When most people think of July, they picture it as warm, beautiful weather. So whenever he hears a Bruce Springsteen song, he thinks of good times he enjoyed in July.

The author wants the audience to feel the emotion through the piece. This being a love type of song, there is plenty of emotions shown in the lyrics.
First, in verse two Eric sings "You looked at me and I was done." This line exclaims how it did not take much convincing or flirting from this girl in any way for Eric to fall for her.
Secondly, In the song, he says "I think about the stars in the sky." Star gazing is sort of a romantic type of action. A person would not typically go watch stars with somebody they don't like. If he thinks about the beautiful stars in the sky, she must be significant to his love life.
The final Ethos example is in verse 3. 
"But if I whispered your name, I bet
Still be a spark"
Whispering names is more of an intimate action.
