I thought it was somewhat vague and brief at times and there weren't any examples. Overall it seemed like it might have been done from just a template. I read the Brown university one for comparison and I liked that better as it presented the information in an easily understandable way.

It definitely makes reaching the destination so much easier and less stressful. My job now has me working with the general public and there are definitely days if I took my life to seriously I probably wouldn't show up to work the next day.
