animation we created a animation in a group by using union skinning on still images,the model would be moved very slightly each time the picture is taken and they were compressed to make the final criticism and suggestions for improvement.Unfortunatly we did morning finish our project in the time required and had multiple scenes and ideas combined instead.we were told that the work we created needed to be more deatailed in story and that the animation needed sounds and maybe voice acting and music.These ideas will be used in future,the voice acting would be the first thing to do before the animation,this caused quite a delay and I had to push myself to get more on track by completing some work after college hours so that we could start the animation.We do not have any sound in our animation which is a severe downfall in our work,if we could go back we would start voice acting and sound effects before animation.We hit a lot of challenges mainly when animating,for example we had trouble finding out how to move the characters without messing up the entire animation,we eventually asked for help and progressed on.when working on the project I developed new skills like knowledge
