There is no way I can work 7 days. I want to ride my bike and go camping and my friends are only free on the weekend.

Also, I want to play footy and I think I'll be too tired from all that work.

I'm taking Option 1.

The full-time option is stable with a set income and shifts, as well as clear expectations for what it is you are to do. This makes it a good option however, it also means it would be a lot of repetitiveness and not good for anyone who wished to avoid working in an environment where you are simply going through the motions.

Licensee option

In comparison to the first option this would be much more unpredictable. It would require a lot more dedication to the job and may very well end up interfering with your personal life more than the other choice however, it would be a good choice for anyone who enjoyed baking and wanted to dedicate large amounts of their time to the activity they enjoyed.

full time jobs are continuous pay. you get 4 weeks paid leave and shifts are 5am - 2pm every week day.

This sounds better because I don't have to pay $100,000 dollars for a license and I always get paid no matter how terrible I do (This was a joke please tell my employers this was a joke)

i would pick the full-time choice because i thinks it's better having to go to work at 5-2pm

rather than having to work 7 days a week it's also got 4-week annual leave i find pretty that good i also like the full-time position because it's got set income as in your always getting paid.

Personally, I think the starting time may be a bit too early for me, but the finishing time seems reasonable. I also, don't like the idea of being forced to only make one recipe and not be able to come up with new and improved ideas. The set pay is reasonable, and I do enjoy the fact that I always get paid. The annual leave is a good amount of time. so personally, I'd choose full time.
