         <title>Basic Rules.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello, this is H speaking.<br>Before I start with the rules, I'd like to explain a thing or two.<br>I'm sure you guys noticed the word "basic" added before rules. Don't you wonder why do I have to put that word there? (If you don't.... well. Never mind.) Here it goes.<br>The rules applied in the agency will be differentiate as basic rules and special rules. Basic rules, will contain basic stuffs that I'm sure most of the role-players have known already, while the special rules are the additional rules made and applied in Dé, which are more likely linked to events, etc. I honestly don't know if any other agency has had this kind of system before because I'm not much of an agency-centered-roleplayer myself, but just in case of there is (or are) agencies with similar system, I don't mean to plagiarize. This purely a result of my brainstorming brain.<br><br>So without further due, here are the basic rules:<br><br><br></div><blockquote>1. One account per person. Different personalities don't count.

2. Accepting every one who is working under The Republic of Korea (a.k.a South Korea) industry. So even if your desired character is Japanese/Chinese/American/Thailand/etc. if they're working under the ROK industry then yes, feel free to join us.

3. Free username as long as we can figure out who are you role-playing as.

4. This is a semi-less OOC agency. However, you are expected to use English on 60% of your tweets. The rest 40% can be used by your own will (mother-language such as Bahasa, French, Japanese, Chinese, etc. as long as it's not sOmEthiNg LyKe DiS. Thank you.)

5. No nick. Not in any kind of form.

6. Both newly made account and old account are fine.

7. You're allowed to be under the care of 2 (two) homes, including Dépaysement.

8. No twins unless the character you're role-playing has one.

9. Asking for: verification, character change, semi-hiatus, hiatus, unverification, all goes to the direct message.

10. Semi-hiatus is valid for a month, while hiatus is valid for two weeks only. Character change can be done infinitely, however, it should take you at least a week under the same character before you can change to another character.</blockquote>]]></description>

         <title>Special Rules.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>These are the special rules applied linked to the event:<br><br></div><blockquote>1. We're planning to have our first event once we have 30 members under our roof already, that is, of course, will also consider the RSVP of the members. Further notice of the RSVP will be discussed with the members.<br><br>2. Regarding the event, we want our members to actively participate on the events. Not only as the participants, but also as the organizers. We will ask you about the event you'd like to have, and once you collected the ideas, the other members will decide which is the best one out of the collected ideas via twitter poll. We will select two most chosen ideas and the owner of the selected ideas will then help us to organize the event. We know that you guys have your own schedules as well and we will try to do our best but please don't just abandon us on our own when your idea get chosen because after-all, the chosen one is going to be the "owner" of the said event. We're hoping for your cooperation.<br><br>3. The events will take time every two weeks so there will be two events in a month (might change any time if it's not possible). The date and time will be discussed further with the members, considering the members' schedules as well.<br><br>We're concerned that our points might not get delivered perfectly because we don't speak English that well, so here it is in Bahasa:<br><br>Jadi intinya untuk event, kita ingin members Dé nggak hanya ikut tapi juga turut andil dalam membuat-merencanakan event-event yang akan dilaksanakan di Dé. Jadi cycle-nya begini: kita bakal nanya apa kalian punya ide event yang ingin diadakan di Dé, setelah ide-ide dari members terkumpul, kita akan bikin poll di Twitter untuk minta pendapat semua members, yang mana yang paling diinginkan untuk benar-benar dibuat event di Dé. Ide-ide nomor satu dan dua terbanyak dapat vote itu yang akan kita bikin event. Dalam sebulan akan ada dua event (rencananya), dan pemilihannya itu hanya sekali. (Please take note that event-nya bakal beda-beda, nggak itu terus setiap dua minggu. Tapi cycle untuk menentukan event-nya sama.)</blockquote><div><br><em>P.s.
