- purpose of the evaluation: included. 
- Brief description of the program: included. 
- evaluation stakeholders: not written specifically 
- relationship between organizations involved and those serving in evaluator roles: not included
- overview of contents of the report: not included

Program Description: 
- The short paragraph in the introduction is the only program description we have. 

Evaluation Design and Methods: 
- Design part is completely missing. Also no hypotheses. 
- Data collection methods: included. Problem is there are no evaluation questions given. 
- Analysis methods are given in the abstract which is completely the wrong part. There is also a short description under methods. 

Findings/Results: 
- Results part is fine. Tables are pretty complicated and not very clear. 

Conclusions and Recommendations: 
- no conclusions but a lot of recommendations/Discussion. 



Negative Aspects: 
- too difficult to understand what is written. Stakeholders primary are the patients, and they wont get this language
- Abstract is not about how data were analyzed
- "the program was probably effective" --> was it or not?? 

Positive Aspects: 
- Some parts where included.
