Provide more tasty food prepared/cooked by a professional chef. 

Machine - Vending machine etc not provide.  
Utensils not enough. 

Employee - no service assistant to serve.
Provide additional manpower. 

Method - The way meal is prepared? 
Should be hygiene prepared. 

Environment - hot - place to eat maybe not have sufficient AC or fan.

Machine – Discharge pump Cavitating showing in DCS.

Root cause – Suction strainer choke, air lock and Pressure and flow transmitter faulty.

Evaluate – Suction strainer choke cause cavitation and loss flow.

Method – Use local Pressure gauge, local flow transmitter and clean strainer.

Material – Right tool, instrument calibration device.

Measurement – Refer to FAR and calibrate if failed to do that at the field.

Environment – Hydrocarbon free need to achieved Prefchem standard (e.g LEL 0%).

Peoples:

1.       FO/PO will verify the issue and highlight the info to Supervisor.
2.       Maintenance and instrument technician to calibrate the transmitter and clean the suction strainer.
