The word home makes my heart hurt. I wish my parents were still married and still living in my childhood home- then I would probably still call Pleasanton, CA home. I didn’t have a home for so many years, and now I’m calling Port Moody home because I’m raising a family here. But honestly it still feels weird to call it that.
