As Diana says, one of the biggest challenges in my school is space. The classrooms are in some cases really small and the furniture is not thought to fit in a collaborative work, just the other way round.
Wifi network conection is another important issue to be fixed. Despite we have access to the internet eveywhere through wifi, there´s trouble when we try to connect a whole class, it slows down dramatically.
Staff. Many teachers in my school are not familiar with tablets but there is a small group eager to learn and using tablets is one of their new goal for the next decade.
Parents. They are not very collaborative in the talbet issue. We know our students have tablets at home but security polices are not yet clear and they don´t feel comfortable about sending their kids with a tablet to school, they might break it.

Besides that, whenever thay are in groups I let stabish who is the leader of the group and he or she has to be in charge of their peer work. Most of the time, these goes bad and the students get bored so in some cases I have to change some members to activate their attention.

I usually create a platform that contains classes and tests of students.

The platform will provide the
tests after the student completes a lesson.

A big challenge to
assess group work is the student evaluation
in an individual basis. It is very comon that a student works more than
others. While their are working on task it is quite difficult to check
who is working properly and who don’t.
