Aerobic fitness:<br>We would use this due to the fact that we will be performing at a high level of intensity for a long time. because it is an 8km run we will need to able to take in more oxygen around you to keep you going for a longer period of time so that you are creating more energy.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Muscular endurance<br>- This is important as we need all our muscles to work together so we are able to sustain and repeat contractions over the long period. <br><br>Cardio-Respiratory Endurance<br>- Your heart, lungs and muscles need to work together so we are able to keep our muscles working together over the 8km run. <br><br>Agility<br>- To be able to keep control while going down hills and changing directions around the track.<br><br>Aerobic Fitness<br>- Since the run is 8km you need to be able to take oxygen from the atmosphere around you and use it to create energy so you are able to finish the long distance run. </div>]]></description>
