The main points of the video were that we have certain habits that we do that makes people avoid listening to us. Which are gossip, judging, negativity, complaining, excuses, lying and dogmatism. But we can correct this by following certain things to correct what we say like honesty, authenticity, integrity and love (HAIL); also we need to pay attention to how we say this things; register, timbre, prosody (Not monotonous), pace, pitch and volume.
He also recommends doing warm up exercises for the voice.

The type of handshake you gave would determine your dominance over someone else, which is very important for self confidence. In order to avoid this inbalance, Pease proposed to apply the same preasure you are recieving.

Pease also alks about body language in general.
Simon Sinek: Why good leaders make you feel safe

Simon Sinek uses the army as an example. He observes how in the army you will get a medal for sacrificing yourself so others can succeed. Companies do it the other way around, they give out bonuses when you succeed over other people. El entorno adecuado puede hacer que cualquiera haga cosas notables. Trust and cooperation form a solid, safe leadership. Feelings create trust and safety, not instructions. A good leader will place the needs of his people before his and he eventually makes people feel safe in this way. If employees don't feel safe they'll spend a lot of time on protecting themselves, ultimately reducing the company's effectivity.

After graduation she enlisted in the U.S. Army.
How to Best manage your fear and anxiety.

-. The fear can be a feeling that can be either helpful or not, also anxiety.
-. But what it is more surprising is that they help you to grow and become stronger, and make better your capacities.
-.We need always when we are at a certain situation to ask ourselves what is going on right now?? What is the reality here??What is true?? because most of the times we don't think just make our own assumptions.
-.We make catastrophication which means we assume that something negative will happen.
-.We should be doing great work, because it is less stressing and you don't get anxious, and you are certain that you are doing good.
-.We also need to ask ourselves also How am I feeling? where am I feeling this?? so this is very important also, because this means you are able to think more fluidly things.
-. Meditation is the main solution of anxiety and fear, and living a healthier life.
-.The last thing for it is, to actually know what you can and cannot control, and what can you influence?? in order to either let it go because you don't have control in it or do something about it.

Go with your gut feeling | Magnus Walker |

This guy tells his story of how he accomplished success on life by following his gut feeling and doing what he loves.

His story starts with him dropping out of school at 15. He says that at that time he wasn't working in a place he liked, he wasn't motivated at all. And one day when he was walking in his small english town he saw a brochure with information about working in an American summer camp. He travelled to America some time later, worked on the summer camp and then took a bus to LA. There is where he saw an opportunity in selling clothes, went with his gut and made more money in one deal the first day than the whole amount of money he made back in his work at home.

His gut told him to stay in LA, this is where he started his own clothing company which got to dress Madonna someday in the future.

If you watch Magnus' body language throughout his talk, it perfectly explains why he has had such "luck" as some call it. He is constantly giving signals of indifference and curiosity. This combination leaves a person with vastly more options then having a predetermined outcome of how success need be found. Less boundaries = more opportunities. Most would have considered getting the wrong size pants bad luck or a negative experience. He did not. He simply made an adjustment so they would serve his needs better and went on with his day... make any sense?
