It differs from sweetened condensed milk, which contains added sugar.<br><br></div><div><strong>5 Facts</strong></div><ul><li>Very healthy considering that it contains vitamins and minerals.&nbsp;</li><li>When the liquid product is mixed with a proportionate amount of water, evaporated milk becomes the rough equivalent of fresh milk.&nbsp;</li><li>Six ounces of Carnation low-fat 2 percent evaporated milk contains 25 calories, 35 milligrams of cholesterol and 0.5 gram of fat, of which none is saturated.</li><li>There are also 30 milligrams of cholesterol in six ounces of regular Carnation evaporated milk, which is only about 1 percent of your daily limit.</li><li>Like traditional milk, evaporated milk contains protein, a nutrient that helps supply you with energy and keeps your cells, tissues and muscles working normally, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Condensed milk is milk that is put in a can hat has been thickened by evaporation and sweetened.<br><br><strong>5 Facts</strong></div><ul><li>Condensed milk is high in calories for the reason that its name implies -- it is a dense mixture of milk solids and sugar.</li><li>Sweetened condensed milk contains 62 calories per tablespoon do to the added sugar and sweeteners.</li><li>Sweetened condensed milk is made from pasteurized whole milk that has had 60% of the water removed by heating the milk and concentrating it and then sugar is added.          <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><strong>Yield:</strong> 12 servings</li><li><strong>Nutrition:</strong> See Below</li><li><strong>Prep Time:</strong> 30 Minute</li><li><strong>Cook Time:</strong> 10 Minute</li><li><strong>Calories Per Serving:</strong> 350</li></ul><div><br><br><strong>Ingredients<br></strong><br></div><div>1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened1 (14 oz.) can <strong>Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk</strong>1/2 teaspoon finely grated fresh lemon peel2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries2 cup heavy cream1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 cup sugar1 tablespoon vanilla extract</div><div><strong>Instructions<br></strong><br></div><div><br></div><ul><li>COOK blueberries, sugar and lemon juice in medium saucepan over medium heat until mixture boils and blueberries begin to burst. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Place in small bowl. Chill until no longer hot.</li><li>BEAT cream in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Beat cream cheese in separate large bowl with same beaters until smooth. Beat in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, lemon peel and salt until blended. Fold in whipped cream until completely blended.</li><li>SPREAD one third of blueberry mixture in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Set in freezer to chill while preparing your batter. <br><br><strong>Cheesecake</strong><br><strong>BEAT</strong> cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Beat in eggs &amp; Nestlé Carnation® Evaporated Milk. Add cornstarch. Divide equally into 3 bowls to get three different colors of batter. Fold in 4 oz. of melted NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE Pumpkin Spice Morsels to one of the bowls, as well as a one drop of orange food coloring. In another bowl, add a couple drops of yellow food coloring, and leave one bowl with white batter. Pour in the yellow cheesecake batter into the crust first, smooth out in an even layer. Repeat with the pumpkin cheesecake, then the white batter last. Preheat your oven to 325° F. <br><br><strong>BAKE</strong> for 40-45 minutes or until the edge is set. Cool on a wire rack to room temperature.<br><br><strong>DECORATE</strong> tops of cooled cheesecake with candy corns all the way around.</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
