Problem Statement:
Students in the lowest and highest quartiles have not consistently met individual targeted growth goals as per stated goals in WSD's strategic plan.

Root Cause Analysis (Why?):
1).  Insufficient technology-supported progress monitoring for those students identified as needing targeted interventions for reading and math.
2).  Insufficient technology-supported,  targeted interventions for those students supported by MTSS in reading and math
3).  Insufficient opportunity for students in top quartile in reading and math to receive accelerated, technology supported curriculum.
4).  Insufficient knowledge and skill among staff to fully utilize data received from baseline and interim assessments, as well as technology-supported progress monitoring, to differentiate and individualize curriculum and instruction.
5).  Need for establishment of a school-wide system, including seamless organization between lower and middle schools divisions, to support diverse curricula to all students, with a particular emphasis on those in the lowest and highest quartiles.
