2. Be straightforward (honest)- don't manipulate you partner in any way, even if you're trying to make them jealous or if your hinting at things like if you want some of there food or if you want to cuddle, JUST TALK, THANKS :)
3. Don't make each other your number one priority- a lot of people seem to romanticize doing absolutely anything for people: YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO DO THAT. If you don't want to talk to your partner, that should be okay. If you don't feel like hanging out, that should be okay. Even if you don't have the energy to be there for them emotionally, that's okay. You should always be your first priority. Same with your partner, they should be THEIR first priority.
4. Don't depend on each other- you shouldn't have to run to your partner for everything. You don't need to complain about every single thing to them, you don't need to always cry to them, you shouldn't always depend on them, depend on yourself :) that's important
5. Notice red flags- even if you love them, if there are ANY red flags, bring it up to them, put them on the spot even if you have to, don't let them try to make an excuse for anything they're doing that they should not be in a relationship. Don't be lenient towards if they did something wrong, don't always forgive them, if they did something wrong, point it out to them and make them realize how it's wrong and how it's bad and that you won't tolerate it. Don't just let it slide, put your foot down. 2) Loyalty - I believe loyalty is important to a healthy relationship. An example would be more of a romantic relationship, because you need to dedicate your time to them, rather than going behind them and cheating, inevitably ruining the relationship.

3) Trustworthiness - Trustworthiness in any relationship is key. It develops a strong bond between you and whoever it may be, whether family, friend, or romantic partner.

4) Communication - Communication is fourth because I feel it's not as important as the others, but it's still key in a healthy relationship. No communication means you can't keep up with each other and know what's going on, unintentionally killing the relationship.

5) Respect - Respect is involved in every relationship you will have. Respect someone, and they will respect you.
